Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

PLEASE NOTE: If you require your order to be cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot have orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment. 

  • Refunds are only available for products that are defective and/or damaged, as well as any missing items upon arrival. This would also apply to any items that cannot be shipped for any reason. 
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been used, damaged due to misuse etc.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria. 

Refund Process:

 If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us directly at contactbmiwise@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To process your refund request, we require clear pictures and/or videos demonstrating the fault or damage of the product. Please send these along with your request to contactbmiwise@yahoo.com. 

If your refund request is approved, we will assist you in the completion of your refund. We may require that you return the defective and/or damaged item. You will receive instructions on a return accordingly. Please provide your tracking number alongside the item. 

If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method used at the time purchase, within 5-7 business days (depending on your financial institution).
